イノベーションは企業の競争力と一国の経済発展に大きく影響する一方、企業買収や大株主の変化が技術・知識などのイノベーション活動に影響を与えると考えられている。本研究では二つの点から分析を行う。第一は、被買収側の日本企業に所属していた技術者の発明行動の変化を分析することである。第二は、株主や経営者の変化が企業のイノベーション活動に与える影響を分析することである。2022年度では企業買収や大株主の変化がイノベーション活動に与える影響にいついて、前年度の引き続きで二つの面から研究活動を行った。第一に、中国企業による日本企業の買収を事例として、買収に伴った技術者の移動状況と技術の波及効果について、研究対象を拡大し、日本企業側のデータの更新、推定の見直しを行った。第二に、大株主の変化という観点から、日本銀行のETF購入が日本企業のイノベーション活動に与える影響について、投稿先のレフェリーのコメントに基づき、再投稿に向けて、データの追加、再推定など行った。
