2022年度は、(1) 前年度、英文誌（Information Engineering Express）に投稿した論文が採択され、追加分析を加筆した最終稿を提出したことに加え、(2) アンケート調査の再順延と基本方針の変更、ならびに、(3) 前年度に整備した結合データ（企業業績＋知財）の予備分析を行った。(1) については予想以上に審査が遅れ、今年の1月末にアクセプトの通知があった。この間、若干の追加分析を行っていたため、これを追記して3月末に最終稿を提出した。種々の情報源の「イノベーションへの寄与」について、国内中小企業を対象とした定量的な研究は数少ないため、一定の有意義な成果だと考えている。また、(2) に記した再順延については、2022年度が、科学技術・学術政策研究所による「全国イノベーション調査」の実施年と重なってしまったことがその理由である。本研究と同様、オスロマニュアルに準拠した全国調査のため、対象企業にとっては重複的な調査となり、回答率が下がる可能性が高いため、順延を決定した。なお、本研究のアンケートはオスロマニュアル第4版 (2018) に準拠する予定だったが、研究代表者が保有する過去の調査データとの結合を目的に、第3版(2005)をベースとする方針に変更した。その理由は、(3)の予備分析の結果、国内を代表するハイテク中小企業は、コロナ禍等を乗り越えながら、息長く緩やかに成長を続ける様相が判明してきたからである。実際、ターゲット企業2000社の「企業年齢」は平均49年であり、100年を超える企業も存在する。「技術を駆使しながら、長期にわたって存続し続ける中小企業」という観点は、研究代表者の知る限り、先行研究でもほとんど取り上げられてきていない。残り1年、最新の調査結果と過去データをあわせた長期2時点データ（10年間隔）をもとに、その実像の解明に迫っていきたい。

In 2022,(1) the previous year, the English Journal (Information Engineering Express) submitted papers, collected papers, additional analysis, submitted final drafts,(2) the investigation and re-extension of basic policy changes,(3) the previous year, the preparation and analysis of the combination of (corporate performance + financial knowledge). (1)In the end of January this year, the notice of the above review was issued. The final draft of the report was submitted at the end of March. The information source of the species is "the source of information", and the quantitative research on the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises is small and meaningful. (2) The reasons for the implementation of the "National Survey of Science and Technology" by the Institute of Science, Technology and Academic Policy in 2022. Similar to this research, there is a high possibility that the response rate will decrease due to the nationwide survey conducted by Oscarama, the repeated surveys conducted by target companies, and the decision to postpone it. The fourth edition (2018) of this study provides guidelines for future research, and the third edition (2005) provides policy updates for past research. The reasons for this are as follows: (3) The results of the preliminary analysis show that the domestic representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises are more and more serious, and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is slow.
