项目摘要

本研究では、昨年度に続き、中小企業が航空機産業と宇宙産業の発展に果たす役割について検討した。欧米や旧ソ連諸国に比べて航空・宇宙産業への参入が遅かった日本、カナダ、ブラジル、中国、インドに着目し、各国の各国のイノベーション・メカニズムを比較研究することを目的としている。コロナ禍においても航空・宇宙開発は進展しており、本研究の対象となる国々でも多くのテックスタートアップが資金調達に成功するなど、同産業における中小企業の重要性が高まっている。当初の予定では、今年度は海外の関係機関にインタビュー調査を行う予定であったが、新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響で、昨年度に引き続き海外調査が困難となった。そのため、国内でデータの収集・整理等を進めた。また、国内で開催された航空・宇宙産業関連の研究会や講演会などに参加し情報収集を行った。昨年度に引き続き、航空機産業の調査委員会にも参加し、各国の航空機産業について情報を得ると同時に関係者と議論することができた。この委員会活動は、研究を進める上で大いに役に立っている。また、宇宙産業に関するシンポジウムにも参加し、国内外の最新情報を得ることができ、参加者とも意見交換も行った。今年度は、オンラインで海外の学会報告を行い、海外の研究者から有益なコメントを得ることができた。

This study is aimed at exploring the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the aircraft industry and aerospace industry. Europe and the United States have made a comparative study on the participation of aviation and space industries in Japan, China, Russia, China, Russia and other countries. The importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the same industry is very high. This year's overseas investigation is scheduled to be conducted in response to the impact of new infections, and last year's overseas investigation is difficult. In China, the collection and arrangement of the products have been improved. In addition, we will participate in information collection at various aerospace industry-related research conferences and lectures held in China. Last year, the aircraft industry survey committee participated in the discussion of information and relations between the aircraft industry of various countries. The Committee's activities are carried out in a timely manner. The latest information from home and abroad can be obtained through the exchange of opinions between participants and participants. This year's report of the Overseas Society is published, and overseas researchers are invited to participate in the report.
