R4年度も新型コロナウイルスcovid-19感染対策のため，研究のための文献資料やデータ収集のために必要となる関連機関での資料収集，また研究経過報告のための研究会や学会等学術研究集会がオンラインでの開催となり，各種出張がおおむね一年を通して非常に制約される状況であった。そのため，R4年度も前年度までと同様に「現在までの進捗状況」で「(4)遅れている」と自己評価するに至った。本研究の目的は，会計基準の設定過程にかかわるデュー・プロセスにおいて，近年，アメリカ，国際基準，日本などで制度化された，会計基準の影響分析のために会計基準設定主体サイドが実施している会計基準設定における適用後レビュー(Post-implementation Review: PIR)について，その制度の国際比較と影響要因の分析，すでに行われた適用後レビューの具体的な内容の再検討，追加的な実証研究などを行い，これらを複合的かつ多面的に検討することで，会計規制や会計基準設定主体のあり方に関する含意を探ることである。そのための具体的課題として，R4年度は，主に2点，第1に会計基準設定の適用後レビューにおいて学術研究レビューがどのように実施され利用されたかを国際財務報告基準（IFRS）第3号を事例として取り上げ検証し，その特質と問題点を検証し，第2に今後実施予定（後述の通りR5年度へ助成期間延長承認済）の追加的な実証研究のリサーチデザインの確定とデータベースの構築に取り組んだ。経過成果として，単著論文，辻川尚起[2023]「会計基準の適用後レビューにおける学術研究の利用 －IFRS第3号を事例として－」『研究資料』（兵庫県立大学政策科学研究所），第293号，1-33頁を執筆・公刊した。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of accounting standards on the process of accounting standards setting. For specific topics, in R4, the main two points are: the first point is the application of accounting basis settings, the second point is the improvement of academic research, and the third point is the implementation and utilization of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) No. 3. We will take an example to verify the above characteristics and problem points. The second part is the establishment of additional evidence research for future implementation (hereinafter referred to as the "R5 annual support period extension recognition"). The results of the study are presented in a paper by Mr. Shikawa [2023],"Academic Research on the Application of Accounting Standards-Case Study of IFRS No. 3"(Institute of Policy Science, Hyogo Prefectural University), No. 293, pp. 1-33.
