2022年度の主な成果は、前年度までに欧米からのフォーカスグループデータを基に構築した「参加の質」の概念的枠組み（2021年度出版）に沿って生成した尺度項目候補（268意思決定・507仕事・613居場所）を精錬・短縮したこと、項目の内容的妥当性を評価したこと、日本語版を作成したことである。まず、意思決定・仕事下位尺度項目候補を120意思決定・224仕事項目にまで減らし（2022年7月）、居場所下位尺度の修正を予算の関係上、今後の研究課題とした。また、日本から質的データも収集し、欧米ベースの概念的枠組みの妥当性を確認した。英文項目の日本語翻訳・逆翻訳を経て尺度の概念的言語的同一性も確立した。2022年秋にはこれらの項目の内容妥当性を、欧米・日本の研究者（10人）・クラブハウス職員経験者（1人）・クラブハウス利用者（3人）の合計14人に評価してもらい、統計的に処理した。120項目意思決定・224項目仕事尺度はいずれも評価者間信頼性カッパ指数が約0.３と低かったが、このうち同意率が７５％以上の項目は意思決定が40項目、仕事が42項目であり、カッパ指数も非利用者間では0.74と0.71と十分に高い評価者間信頼性を示し、予備調査で使えるかに見えた。しかし、3人のクラブハウス利用者の評価を入れるとカッパ指数が意思決定尺度において落ち、項目の中には非利用者全員が推薦したのに、利用者の1人が自分の経験とは関係ないと評価した項目もあった。また、どの地域精神保健サービスの文脈で項目を評価しているかによっても評価者間信頼性が変わりうることも示唆した。これらの結果から、より高い内容的妥当性を確保するためには、いろいろなサービスの文脈から、特に利用者からのフィードバックがもっと必要であることが示唆された。以上の成果はこの1月に英国で開催された社会精神医学国際学会で口頭発表をした。
