项目摘要

本年度は、昨年度までコロナウイルス感染防止の調査環境から調査が中断していたところ、一部の施設で調査を実施できた。ただし、入院当初の1回目の調査は実施できたが、出院直前の2回目の調査がコロナウイルス感染拡大によって実施できないなど、再度調査の実施を調整する必要に迫られた。しかし、これまで実施してきた調査結果をまとめることで、地域社会の対人意識に着目した家族と友人・先輩関係と少年非行の特徴、法務教官の面接を中心とした支援の在り方と非行抑止の考察、さらに学校教師の少年非行に対するアプローチを非行少年の対人意識から分析して論文として公表することができた。①地域社会に注目して分析を進めたところ、多くの少年が非虐待経験を有しており、特に女子少年にその傾向が強くあらわれる結果となった。このような家族内の孤立的状況（両親の離婚や別居など）が地域社会の経済状況とも深く結びついていることが明らかになった。また家父長的な家族関係内で起こる暴力を介した親子関係についても今後の考察が必要である。友人・先輩関係については、SNSを介して友だち関係を広げており、その関係は学区を越えて県全域におよんでいた。また地元の先輩関係は強固に結びついており、他区域においても先輩同士のネットワークを介して情報（うわさ）が伝達されていることが明らかになった。②少年院の法務教官に対する対人意識を面接に注目して分析した。結果として、すべての在院少年が法務教官の関わりによって大きく変化するとは限らないが、これまでの学校の教師とはことなる法務教官の面接によって限られたケースではあるが言葉を聞き入れる受容的な意識の醸成を自身で考えることを喚起していることが認められた。③非行少年と教師の関係において「嫌悪」と「好感」に大別して分析したところ、求める教員像として「共感」「尊敬」「本気」「受容」等の特徴を得ることができた。
