これまでの地域精神科医療は、「精神科デイケア(以下、デイケア)」がその中心的役割を担ってきた。近年はサービスを必要とする人たちに対する訪問支援の期待が高まりつつある。そこで申請者は、デイケアと訪問支援を組み合わせた効果モデルを構築し、デイケアと訪問支援に従事されている方々に効果モデルに取り組んでいただいた。その結果、デイケア内外の関係者へ一体的に取り組むための方法を伝えることや他部署や医療機関全体で協働するための組織づくりが課題であることが明らかとなった。そのため、これらの課題を解決し、精神障害のある人の地域定着支援を行うにあたって、各デイケアの状況に合わせて支援体制を設えるための手順を示したガイドラインを作成することが必要になると考える。また、このガイドラインをより実践に即したものとするためには、専門職の方々にガイドラインの改訂・精緻化に携わっていただくことが不可欠と考える。そこで、本研究において2022年度は、これまでの研究で作成してきたと訪問支援を統合化したモデル(以下、効果モデル)」をより現場で取り組みやすいものとするために、研究代表者らが骨子を作成した「精神科デイケアおよび訪問支援統合化プログラム評価 実施・普及ガイドライン(以下、ガイドライン)」をデイケアと訪問支援に従事している方々とともに、参加型評価の手法を用いて改訂・精緻化することを目的とした。そのうえで、現場の方々にこのガイドラインを導入し、改訂した効果モデルに取り組んでいただき、その有用性を明らかにすることを計画としていた。しかし、2022年度は、研究代表者が産前産後休暇及び育児休業により研究を中断していたため、本研究については進めることができていない。
