项目摘要

研究実績としては、①フィリピンにおいてストリート・チルドレンが増加する構造的背景について、都市化現象から考察した、②①による家庭内での稼ぎ主の失業等に伴う農村から都市部への移住過程における生活困窮に加え、家族内での虐待等の複層的問題の表出に関する分析③NGOによるストリート・チルドレンへのケアサポートに関する現地調査結果として、昨年度に引き続き、とりわけ性暴力被害の実態と被害児の裁判闘争等を含めたケアサポート実態の把握とその意義等の考究、④生活に困難を抱える子ども期に関する理論研究として、英仏を中心としたヨーロッパでの中世から近代にいたる子ども期に関する先行研究レビューを通じた考究、⑤英仏における産業革命期の児童労働に関し、西洋装飾文化として織物工場やレース工場での児童労働等を中心としたヴィクトリア期等の労働者層の生活実情を踏まえた先行研究レビューを通じた考究である。①②に関して、フィリピンにおける戦後の経済成長において、果たして人口ボーナス期の恩恵を十分に得られているのかとの観点から、概観的にではあるが構造的問題の表出が把握できる点を踏まえ、③の現地調査結果に対する性暴力被害の実情と裁判闘争への支援の意義等について、論文として投稿した。④⑤についても、研究期間当初からの課題としてすでに論文投稿しているが、さらに英仏を中心としたヨーロッパ社会における子ども期の捉え方の理論的考究に加え、産業革命期に至る子どもを取り巻く生活事情とその過程でのケアという観点からさらに考究を続けている。階級社会における生活文化の一端を体現し続けてきた西洋装飾文化、アンティークを通じた文化の歴史性として把握することを研究の独自性として位置づけ、産業革命期の児童労働等を許容してきた社会のあり様、その社会性としての家族関係を踏まえた子ども期に関して考究してきた。
