项目摘要

本研究の主な狙いは、1930年代ごろ、日本と中国の間で行われた社会政策移転のプロセスの中に、中立性・共益性の側面があるのかを追究することにある。目下、日中関係が揺れている中、本研究の意義がより重要になりつつあると思われる。今年度では、引き続きオンライン会議と対面会議を活用した研究活動を続けていた。研究実績について、１）研究成果を発信する。代表者はオンライン形式を通じて中国で開催された社会政策国際論壇に参加し、歴史経緯に照らして日中間の社会政策移転の方式について発表した。また、論文の「超少子化現象的政策思考;兼論日本と韓国の経験と教訓」、図書『日本社会保障制度』が公表された。２）引き続き、資料整理・翻訳作業を作業し、データベースに蓄積し続けている。特に1920年代に日本国内社会政策学界でも注目されていた山川菊栄『婦人与社会主義』、河田嗣郎『農業社会化運動』、堺利彦『現代社会生活』、矢内原忠雄『人口問題概述』などの著書は、中国語に翻訳、出版された経緯、影響を分析し、こうした日中間の社会政策移転の中立性・共益性を見出すことを試みた。３）2023年3月に上海の復旦大学、上海交通大学を訪ね、研究成果の発信と意見収集などを行った。分担者は今年度にネットで公開されつつある新聞・雑誌などの中国語資料を収集・分析し、民間団体と民間人による往来、そして近代日本の社会学など理論と思想の中国での伝播に対する研究を続けていた。研究実績について、１）論文「漢学の革命と革命の漢学ーー遠藤隆吉の『漢学の革命』をめぐって」、講演「高遠から見るアジアーーアジア主義者としての中村弥六」を発表できた。２）シンポジウム「甦る中村弥六・布引丸事件」を企画・主催し、シンポジウム「第5回新世紀人文学研究会研究大会」、「第1回日本華人教授会議鹿児島コラボ学術交流会」などに参加し、研究成果の発信と交流を行った。
