项目摘要

本研究の中核的課題は、(A)産業界を俯瞰できるリカレント教育における学術の在り方、(B)産業技術短期大学特有のリカレント教育による向上のメカニズムの解明である。初年度の研究により、明治以降の鉄鋼業の現場力育成の歴史的経緯、戦後の鉄鋼業発展における産業技術短期大学派遣企業生の果たした役割について、研究評価し、産業技術短期大学誌、大阪大学「産業と技術」誌への投稿、日本金属学会166回講演大会での発表等を通じ、成果を公表した・2年度目に当たる令和2年度では、現在の鉄鋼業が置かれている環境変化、とりわけ鉄鋼生産現場における環境変化を踏まえ、産業技術短期大学卒業生である現場技術員及び鉄鋼企業退職者（いずれも産業技術短期大学同窓会会員）に対してアンケート調査と論文作成依頼を行い、現在の現場技術員の抱える課題、解決の方策、そこでの産業技術短期大学で獲得した能力との関係等を明らかにして、今日における産業技術短期大学でのリカレント教育の効果を明らかにするべく準備を行ってきた。ところが研究代表者である姉崎が、胸部の持病悪化により、主治医から絶対安静を命じられ、研究遂行が困難になったため、令和3年2月10日に補助事業廃止承認申請書を学術振興会理事長あてに提出せざるを得ない状況に至り、やむなく本研究を廃止するに至った。

The central issues of this study are: (A) industrial perspective, education perspective, academic perspective, and (B) industrial technology junior college perspective, education perspective. The first year of research, the Meiji period of the field strength development history of the iron and steel industry, the second year of the development of the iron and steel industry, the third year of the industrial technology short-term university, the fourth year of the industrial technology short-term university. The current iron and steel industry is located in the iron and steel production site, the environment is changed, and the industrial technology junior college graduates are field technicians and retired iron and steel enterprises.(Member of the Association of Industrial Technology Junior College) To prepare for the research and preparation of papers, to conduct research on the problems of current field technicians, to solve problems, to prepare for the relationship between the acquisition capabilities of industrial technology junior college and to prepare for the results of industrial technology junior college.
