LGBTQいじめ予防プログラム開発のために、基礎調査で行った研究成果を日本発達心理学会第３４回大会にて発表した。研究結果では、実際のいじめ介入の行動は自らのLGBTQに対する知識や態度だけでなく、行動への効力感、職場環境で共有されている規範意識が関係することが明らかになったため、それらの知見に基づいて、効力感向上を実感できるプログラムの作成を検討した。過去の教員研修用のプログラムの内容やマイノリティ支援実践の論文を精査し、LGBTQいじめ予防プログラムに必要な要素を抽出し、実際のプログラムの構成案を共同研究者に共有した。また、研修の実施案（実施日程、実施対象、コントロール群の設定など）を検討した。教育現場で多忙な教員の方が学びやすいようにプログラムの一部は自主学習用の研修動画とすることにし、LGBTQ当事者のインタビュー、LGBTQ基礎知識を学ぶ動画の作成準備（動画スクリプト作成、出演依頼、動画作成依頼など）を行った（実際の撮影はR5年度に実施）。そして、過去の先行研究を参考にプログラムの効果検証のためのアセスメント案を検討した。

Part of the training program for teachers in the field of education includes the preparation of animation for self-study, the preparation of LGBTQ basic knowledge, and the preparation of animation (animation preparation, presentation, and animation preparation)(the actual animation will be implemented in R5). The results of previous studies are discussed.
