项目摘要

乳幼児健診において母子の関係性を捉える視点を提供する基礎データの収集を目的に、日本の母子の相互交流を0歳から5歳まで追跡調査を行なっている。本研究で収集された基礎データは愛着障害と発達障害の早期スクリーニングと予防を可能にする、関係性をチェックする項目の精緻化のための資料となる。2022年度（令和4年度）は、2021年度同様、継続撮影中の延べ18組の撮影を予定し、最終的に6組（生後8ヶ月2組、3歳4組）の撮影を行った。Covid-19の乳幼児感染が目立つようになり、在籍園やきょうだい、家族のコロナ感染や感染不安を理由に撮影計画が中止となった事例が5例、感染拡大時期とタイミングが重複し計画すらできなかった事例が7例あった。2020年度より別枠で本研究に参加している13トリソミー（パトゥ症候群）のお子さんは入所した施設で、面会や外泊時に母が撮影、情報を共有している。2022年度は感染の拡大はありながら、withコロナとのバランスを要請され、大学教員として増数した会議への参加要請は軽減されることはなく、対面授業と並行し希望学生に対し遠隔授業の対応も必要に応じて実施することとなり、映像資料の分析に用いる時間は2021年度同様、確保が困難だった。授業の一環でストレンジシチュエーションの原著を学生と輪読し、栃木県内の児童精神科医師・保健師・心理士（師）等と「乳幼児の心理的誕生」や「早期関係性障害」の読書会と事例検討に月に1回継続参加し、理論の理解を進めた。乳幼児支援の関係者との勉強会や研修会はオンラインで実施され、安全な映像共有が難しくディスカッションすることができていない。ストレンジシチュエーション法について調査研究した内容は、論文（資料）として投稿、現在印刷中である。
