项目摘要

2022年度は、コロナ禍において無理なく、かつ効果的に保育者の学びと保育の循環を促すような保育者の学びのネットワークを継続するために、合計13回のオンライン研究会を行った。そのさい、さまざまな立場や課題を抱える保育者が、主体的に集まって対話するなかで、問題を共有しともに学びあうことを可能にするために、誰でも記録が書けて考えあえる仕組みづくりや、初任者・中間管理職・ベテラン・管理職などに分けた課題の掘り起こし、愚痴から始まる保育考察などの回を設けて、一つの話題でも複数回設定するようにした。この結果、身近で些末な話題から、保育をよりよくしたいという思いを明確化できたり、苦手だと思っていた記録が書ける自信がついたりといった研究会の意義が明確化され、それらを参加者と共有できるようになった。それらの結果を感想文などのかたちで集積し、日本生活指導学会第40回大会（9月11日）にて学会発表を行い、『教育実践学研究 : 山梨大学教育学部附属教育実践総合センター研究紀要』第28巻にまとめた。コロナ禍のため実施できなかった海外視察（イギリス）を実施し、2023年度の海外視察および意見・情報交換の準備とした。保育者同士の学びあいのネットワークをどのように構築し、それを保育実践にどのように活かせるかというテーマについて、同じネットワークに所属する3園を視察・意見交換し、「子どもの主体性」といったキーワードについて、園によって、あるいは保育者によって解釈の違いがあるが、そうした差異の存在が学びあいにどのような効果を生むかといった課題があることが見えてきた。
