项目摘要

４年目にあたる本年度は、主に３つの作業を進めた。(１)子ども本人の発達要求や保護者の教育要求を起点とする「個別の教育支援計画」作成をめぐる現象に着目し、そこでの教師-保護者の相互行為を明らかにしてきた。本年度は、通常の学級・学校の教師・保護者のみならず、特別支援学級・学校の教師・保護者を対象とするインタビュー調査を実施した。そのため、「個別の教育支援計画」に加え、「個別の指導計画」の運用実態についてのデータを得ることができた。両計画の運用の実際については地域によって異なるため、データ収集を続けつつ、分析をすすめたい。(２)インクルーシブな学校づくりにおいて、教師には、多様な専門性をもつスタッフとの連携が求められる。本年度は、福祉領域における子どもの発達援助者（具体的には、子どもやその保護者からの幅広い相談に応じている「相談支援専門員」）の視点を参照し、多職種連携で要請される教師の専門性・専門職性について検討した。(３)学校組織・運営における障害のある子どもやその保護者の位置について、前年度に引き続き、文献・資料に学びながら検討をすすめた。教育経営研究の蓄積から、教育経営実践へのアプローチの展開を理解し整理することをめざした。また、福祉領域で作成される個別の計画（「障害児支援利用計画」等）に関する先行研究を参照し、教育領域で作成される個別の計画との関連性、両計画の運用をめぐる課題等を検討した。
