项目摘要

性問題行動を抱えた思春期の知的障害・発達障害のある青年に対して、「KeepSafe（ｙSOTSEC-ID）」（性的問題行動（HSB）を示す知的障害・発達障害のある青少年と保護者向けのグループ治療プログラム）を実施してきたが、現場のニーズとしては発達障害等のある女子の性問題行動へのアプローチ方法がないことが指摘されてきた。本研究では、発達障害等のある女子青少年の性トラブルや性的問題行動に関する聞き取り調査を行い、性被害や性加害、性的トラブルの支援の課題を明らかにするとともに、Good Way モデルをコアとしたアプローチ方法を開発するこを目的にした「ｇSOTSEC-ID（知的障害や発達障害のある女子青少年の性的問題行動に対するグッドウィル・グッドライブズアプローチ）」（ｇは女子girl）。本年は、発達障害等のある女子の性的問題行動の実態と支援課題に関してプログラムを再構成し実施した。対象は性的問題行動を示す知的障害・発達障害のある女子青少年（Ａ高等特別支援学校の高等部2年3年）の合計6人、および知的障害・発達障害のある福祉支援を受けている成人女性3名）であった。プログラム内容はKeepSafeの内容を、生徒に対しては12回（1回50分）、成人女性に対しては6回（１回120分）を1クールとして再構成した。ナラティブ、同意の理解、性の基礎知識、共感、Goodwayを選択する、これからのGoodLife 計画である。特に発達障害のある女子の性問題行動の特徴である「異性との性急なコミュニケーションの取り方」や「一般的な段階を踏んだ距離感の取り方」「避妊をしないセックスがなぜ課題であるか」などを理解しやすいように構成した。またプログラム後半には「どこでトラブルを回避することができたか」のストーリを追加した。対象女子の理解には効果的であったことが明らかになった。
