项目摘要

心の病気は、特別支援学校（病弱）の児童生徒の病気として全国的に最も多く、小中学校、高等学校で発達障害の二次障害や不登校として課題となっている。国立特別支援教育総合研究所では2019年に40項目からなる教育的ニーズからのなる児童生徒への新しい支援方法である「連続性のある多相的多階層支援(Co-MaMe）及びアセスメント表」（以下、Co-MaMe）を提案した。このCo-MaMeは学校現場等から研修会等で活用したいとの要望が多数あり、一定の評価を得ているが、学習指導要領とのつながりが明確にされておらず、児童生徒の個別の指導計画や評価に反映しにくい点がある。そこでCo-MaMeの教育的ニーズの項目が自立活動の区分・項目と類似している点に着目し、学習指導要領とのつながりを明らかにする。そのことから特別支援学校や小中学校、高等学校の教員にとって、Co-MaMeをさらに活用しやすくすることをこの研究の目的とした。これまでに全国の特別支援学校（病弱）の教職員にて構成されている全国病弱虚弱教育研究連盟（以下、全病連）と協力することで、児童生徒に自立活動を指導する際にCo-MaMeとの繋がりが分かるような、事例の書式「自立活動事例シート」を提案した。その書式を作成する際には、自立活動の「実態把握から具体的な指導内容を設定するまでの流れの例」（以下、流れ図）を参考にした。そして全国の特別支援学校（病弱）から、自立活動事例シートを使って指導事例を収集し、２冊の事例集をＷｅｂサイトに掲載した。また全病連の会員で指導事例を作成した教員を対象に事例の書式等についてアンケート調査を実施した。今後、その収集した事例の内容やアンケート結果を分析することから、自立活動事例シートを検討する。特別支援学校や小中学校、高等学校にて自立活動の指導や個別の指導計画を作成、Co-MaMeを活用して教員間で支援する際に活用しやすいような書式を提案する。
