项目摘要

22年度は3件の学会発表を行った。一件目は日本コミュニケーション学会第51回大会（2022年6月オンライン開催）で発表した「係留寸描法を用いた回答バイアスの検出および補正の試み」である。学生215名の痛みに対する質問の項目反応に対して、係留寸描法を用いて回答バイアスの補正を行ったところ、尺度の不定性によって生まれる痛みに対する過大評価は係留寸描法により適正に修正できることが示された。二件目は日本行動計量学会第50回大会（2022年8月沖縄市で開催）で発表した「反応バイアスは何によってもたらされるのか:調査ツールおよび回答者属性の比較」である。4つの調査状況（回答モニターによるWeb調査、回答モニターによる紙面調査、学生によるWeb調査、学生による紙面調査）における反応バイアスの発生頻度や強度を比較した。統計解析から(a)調査モード・回答者属性問わず中間反応が最も顕著な反応バイアスであること、(b)黙従反応は回答モニター紙面調査と学生調査で顕著で研究者との心的距離が近く感じられる調査状況で顕在化すること、が明らかになった。三件目は日本応用心理学会第88回大会（2022年9月京都市で開催）で発表した「反応スタイルとSatisficeの関係性を探る:Web調査での回答モニターおよび学生の回答行動の比較を通して」である。この発表では反応バイアスと手抜き回答として知られるsatisficingの関係に関して、調査会社に依頼して入手した全国2,000名のデータと学生から収集した183名のデータを比較した。Weijters et al. (2008) の測定モデルを適応し、三種の反応バイアス(極端、黙従、中間)に加え、無気力回答をバイアス因子として測定した。分析の結果、反応バイアスと無気力回答は相互に独立したバイアスであり、中間反応バイアスには反応スタイルにより生じるものと無気力回答に起因するものがあることが示された。
