项目摘要

本年度は，1)前年度の成果の発表，2)養護教諭と共同で幼児児童生徒のインターネット利用に関する調査と健康教育の計画・推進，3)教員向け研修プログラム試案の作成と評価を実施した。1）中高生を対象に，SNS利用行動と現代型の友人関係との関連を検討した結果を，学会と論文で発表した。主な結果のひとつは「やさしい友人関係」と称される親しい関係性に対する両価的な態度は，承認欲求の高さと傷つけられることへの敏感さ・回避傾向の並存として説明でき，その根底に過敏型自己愛（中でも随伴的自尊感情）が関与していること，第二は，中高生にとってSNSは居場所となっているが，SNSを居場所として安心感や本来感を感じる生徒は，現実での友人とLINEでクローズドの交流をしている場合であったことが挙げられる。2）研究代表者所属の附属学校園養護教諭4名と共同で，幼児，児童，中学生を対象に，インターネット利用の実態と心身の発達との関連の検討と健康教育を，2022～2023年度の2年計画で着手した。本年度は，4校園において実態調査を実施し，幼稚園のみデータ分析まで行った。幼児のスクリーンタイム(以下ST)と心身の健康，養育状況との関連を検討して，学会発表した。幼児の時点ではSTの長さと心身の健康との間に直接的な関連は見出されなかったが，STが長い家庭と短い家庭では，養育の仕方に違いがある可能性が示唆された。3）1）で得られた知見をふまえ，現職教員向けの研修プログラム試案を作成して，2回の研修会で使用し，41名から自由記述による評価を得た。その結果「児童生徒のSNS利用について実態をわかっておらず，SNSが現実の延長・拡大の役割を果たすという認識はなかった」「ICT教育の推進やトラブル対応にばかり目を奪われがちだが，友人関係がかかわる現実と地続きの問題として指導する必要があると気づいた」といった評価が得られた。

The main result is that the relationship between friends and relatives is related to the attitude of self-love. The attitude of self-love is to admit that the desire is high, the sensitivity is sensitive, and the avoidance tendency is coexisting. The root of self-love is allergic.(The self-esteem feelings of the middle and the accompanying company) are related to each other. The second is that the middle and high students live in SNS. The SNS lives in SNS. The place of residence is at ease. The original feeling is felt. The student is opposite. Now the friend is LINE. The communication is in the middle. 2) The research representative belongs to the affiliated school campus maintenance instruction 4 people, common children, children, middle school students, target area, the status of the use of the environment, the development of the body and mind, and the relationship between health education, 2022 - 2023 two-year plan began. This year, 4 campus survey and kindergarten survey were conducted. Children's health, upbringing and relationship are discussed, and children learn to express themselves. The time of childhood is directly related to the physical and mental health of the child, and the possibility of parenting is shown. 3) 1) Get the knowledge, create the test plan for the current teacher, 2) use the seminar, and 41) get the evaluation. As a result,"Children's SNS utilization status is changed, SNS is extended, and the results of service are recognized","ICT education promotion is changed, and friends are changed, and the problems of SNS utilization are changed, and the problems of SNS utilization are changed."
