2022年度（令和4年度）に硝子体混濁に対する手術を受けた患者はのべ15例(男性4例、女性11例）と前年度よりさらに減少したが、6-color FCMを実施するのに十分な硝子体細胞（1アッセイあたりCD45陽性細胞≧100個）を分離し得た患者数はのべ12名(男性4例、女性8例）であり、前年度から大幅に増加した。術前診断は悪性リンパ腫4例、サルコイドーシス2例、ウイルス性内眼炎1例、その他5例であった。B細胞性リンパ腫（B-IOL）4症例で硝子体Tリンパ球CD4/CD8比＜1.0と低下していたのは2例のみであったが、T reg比率は全例で5%未満、PD-1陽性CD8 T比率は全例で70%以上であったが3例では90％以上と著しく高値であった。一方、T細胞性リンパ腫1例およびHTLV-1関連ぶどう膜炎では、T.reg比率は他疾患に比べて著しく高値（48.9％、60.3％）であった。ウイルス性内眼炎確定例は1例のみであったが、硝子体Tリンパ球CD4/CD8比<1.0、Treg比率は16.4%と12例中最も高値を示した。サルコイドーシスでは硝子体Tリンパ球CD4/CD8比>25の典型例以外にCD4/CD8比＜1.0の非典型例もあった。Ｔreg.比率はウイルス性内眼炎より低率、PD-1陽性CD8T比率はB細胞性リンパ腫より低率であった。診断未確定例 2例はIgH遺伝子再構成を認めず、T.reg比率 約10%、PD-1陽性率は約50％であり、サルコイドーシス類似パターンであったが、1例ではCD4/CD8比＜1.0であった。一方、眼内サイトカイン濃度に関しては、B-IOLでは硝子体内IL-10/IL-6比は4例全例で≧1.0であったが、サルコイドーシス及びウイルス性内眼炎では3例全例で<1.0であった。
