高齢者が入院中に転倒する危険因子として、睡眠障害・うつ症状・認知機能障害は重要である。近年の研究から睡眠障害・うつ症状・認知機能障害の発症には、サーカディアンリズムが重要な役割を果たしていることが分かってきた。日中の光曝露はサーカディアンリズムを整え、睡眠の質・うつ症状・認知機能を改善することが報告されている。報告者らは先の調査で窓側病床の日中の平均照度は非窓側病床より3倍高いことを明らかにした。また、既存データを用いた後ろ向き研究で、病院内転倒発生率が廊下側病床より窓側病床で有意に低いことを明らかにした。本研究の目的は、複数の病院で入院病床情報と病院内転倒発生の関連を前向き調査で明らかにすることである。令和4年度は、春季（4階病棟）と夏季の「病室の明るさ調査」を実施し、患者抽出調査および前向きコホート調査を予定していたが、新型コロナ感染症の感染再拡大により医療施設への立ち入りが許可されず、予定の調査を実施できなかった。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between hospital admission information and hospital morbidity. In the fourth year of 2014, the "hospital investigation" was carried out in the spring (4th grade disease) and summer, the patient withdrawal investigation and the forward investigation were scheduled, the infection of new type of infectious disease was expanded, and the medical facilities were approved and the scheduled investigation was carried out.
