2021年9月に行なったTV会議システムを用いたオンラインにおける遠隔での看護職員研修（同時双方向型教育）では、教育用電子カルテの画面を用いてデータの二次利用についてシミュレーション教育の実施と取得したデータをどのように分析するかの統計研修を行なった。本研究の当初予定では、面接での統計研修とその場でWEBを用いた教育用電子カルテを用いたデータの二次利用演習する計画であった。しかしコロナ禍により、病院側も看護師が1箇所に集まれず、各部署での分散研修になり、完全なオンラインによる研修に切り替えた。さらに、この研修形式に対応させる為、講義形式の教育と看護師個々人の看護研究データ解析を個別教育した。2022年度は、この研修時に取得した看護師からのデータを分析し、教育方法の変化に対応し、効果的な研修を行うための方策を考えた。その結果、1部署から2～3名の看護師が参加し、最終的には10部署から約30名の看護師が参加した。調査票の回答者は21名、そのうち有効回答数は15名であった。研修終了後の平均点が高かった項目は、「電子カルテのデータを二次利用する」66.67点、「データの蓄積」、「Microsoft Excelを用いたアンケートデータの入力方法」が共に65.67点であった。研修前後における平均点の差が大きかった項目は、「Microsoft Excelを用いたt検定の方法」38.87点、「相関関係と因果関係について」33.87点であり、演習で実施した項目について、差が大きく統計学的に有意な差を認めた。今後の職員研修の開催方法については、「講義・演習ともにオンラインを希望」は8名、「講義はオンラインだが、演習は対面を希望」が7名であった。同時双方向型教育は、準備のために病院側の担当者に負担がかかるが、教育の質の担保は可能であることが示唆された。
