项目摘要

本研究の目的は，安全な医療を提供し，かつ就業意欲を高めるために若手看護師の援助要請行動を促進する要因を明らかにすることであった。2022年度の課題は，看護学生および若手看護師の援助要請行動を促進する教育プログラム作成の前提として，看護学生の援助要請行動を調査することであった。しかしコロナ禍の影響で，看護学生を対象とする調査は実施できなかった。代替として，2018年に行った看護学生対象の援助要請行動に関する調査の未投稿データを分析して，論文化を行った。研究結果から，看護学生にとって，臨地実習における困りごとのうちで相談しにくい内容は，教員・実習指導者との関係に関する内容であったこと，また看護学生の援助要請行動の高さには，援助要請スキル，自己開示，アサーティブネスが関連していたことが示された。他方，若手看護師の援助要請行動を促進する方法の検討として，セルフ・コンパッションに関する文献検討を行った。セルフ・コンパッションは，燃えつきを予防し，不安・抑うつを軽減するといわれている。国内外の文献検討の結果，看護師を対象としたセルフ・コンパッションの研修形態として，時間確保が難しくても参加しやすい短時間プログラムが実用的であり，また静坐により眠くなりやすい瞑想を除いたプログラム構成が望ましく，さらにプログラムで学んだことを定着するために臨床の場で反復することが負担の少ない方法であることが示された。さらに臨床の場にセルフ・コンパッション研修を導入する事前準備として，セルフ・コンパッションを高めることが看護師にもたらす利益についても調査を行った。急性期病院5か所の看護師を対象とした調査から，セルフ・コンパッションの高さはメンタルヘルスが良好な状態と関連している可能性が示され，現在，データの詳細な分析を行っている。
