研究目的は、看護師の注射処方箋読み取りエラーを防止するために、「なぞり読みトレーニングツール」の基礎教育の場における汎用化に向けて、ツールの看護教育パッケージとして「トレーニングツール」「学習履歴分析ツール」「教育ガイド」を開発し、教育パッケージの有効性を検証することである。2022年度は、目標3.学習履歴分析ツールの作成、目標4.ツールの有効性検証のためのアンケート調査案ならびに視線計測調査案の作成、目標5．教育ガイドとしてのツールを利用した授業展開案の作成に取り組んだ。目標3.学習履歴分析ツールの作成は、①教師用の個別分析ツールと②研究者用の総括分析ツールの構成試案をもとに、アプリの具体的な仕様の改良を検討した。目標4. トレーニングツールと学習履歴分析ツールの有効性検証のためのアンケート調査案の作成ならびに視線計測調査案の作成は、トレーニングツールを利用する学習者と学習履歴分析ツールを利用する教師へのWebアンケート調査票案と、「なぞり読みトレーニングツール」を利用した学習者がツール利用によって、模擬注射処方箋に記載されている注射確認の6つのRightのうち、「Right patient」「Right drug」「Right dosage」「Right route」「Right time」の5項目について、記載事項を文頭から文末まで注視できているかを視線計測できるための調査プロトコル案をもとに、有効性検証をするための調査準備を行った。目標5．教育ガイドとしてのツールを利用した授業展開案の作成は、「なぞり読みトレーニングツール」を活用した授業展開案の素案を作成した。特に、2020年度からのコロナ禍により遠隔授業やVirtual Reality技術を活用した授業へのニーズが高まったため、当初の授業展開案に遠隔授業やVR技術を活用した授業を追加するように検討した。
