项目摘要

本研究は慢性呼吸不全患者に対する遠隔看護の長期効果の検証として、研究協力機関に依頼し対象者の確保後、研究説明に同意が得られた慢性呼吸不全状態にある在宅療養患者を対象に、遠隔看護システムの運用を予定している。これまでの研究で慢性呼吸不全患者に対して効果的であった遠隔看護の質を、臨床看護師による実践能力により高めることで、より早期に医療介入を受けることが可能となり、急性増悪を防ぐことができると考えた。急性増悪を防ぐことで、患者の生命予後の延長やQOL向上に寄与できると考えた。今年度の目的は、過去の急性増悪に関する情報から急性増悪兆候を認識することを可能とするAIプログラムを開発することであった。しかしながら、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴い研究協力機関からの研究協力の許可が得られにくい状況が続いており、遠隔看護システムの運用には至っていない。そのため、急性増悪に関するデータも得られていない状況が続いている。しかしながら、個人の日々のバイタルサインデータを用いて、急性増悪の徴候を示すAIプログラムに関しては、研究分担者の協力を得て、他疾患の患者によるデータ収集および検証を行っている。また、その間の研究活動として、これまでの成果について関連する学会誌の論文作成および学術集会等での発表を行った。令和5年度に向けて、新型コロナウイルス感染症の収束状況を確認しながら、遠隔看護支援システムの運用を行い、急性増悪の徴候を示すデータの収集を行い、急性増悪認識AIプログラムの開発を行えるよう計画を見直し、その準備を進めた。
