项目摘要

子どもの採血・血管確保時の苦痛緩和のために、子どもに関わる医療者を対象にしたスタッフ研修会はコロナ禍の影響で2020年度よりオンラインでの開催へ変更している。したがって、スタッフ研修会の内容を苦痛緩和にまつわるテーマとし、実践につながるよう検討してきている。これまでのスタッフ研修会の受講者からは、苦痛緩和の薬物療法について外用局所麻酔剤に関する質問が多くあった。そこで、2022年度は苦痛緩和の実際に加え、特別企画としてクスリにまつわる子どもと家族へのかかわり方を追加した。スタッフ研修会はいずれも半日のオンラインで2回/年開催した。クスリにまつわる内容は薬理学大学教員、小児薬物療法認定薬剤師、看護師、HPSの立場から講義し、意見交換した。参加者は小児科医、看護師、保育士、HPSの18名であった。また採血・血管確保を受ける子どもの苦痛緩和の実際では、小児科医、小児看護専門看護師、外用局所麻酔剤の製薬会社からそれぞれの立場の講義とし、意見交換をした。参加者は小児科医、看護師、保育士、HPSの22名であった。スタッフ研修会の評価を行うため、受講者に対して独自で作成した質問紙調査を行った。分析は単純集計で、自由記載は内容ごとにまとめた。スタッフ研修会の受講者からは、専門職からの講義は学びが多く、さらに実践にすぐに役立つなどの意見があり、集計結果を基に研修会の評価を行った。また、オンラインでの研修会は全国から参加できるため、2020年度のスタッフ研修会から継続して参加している医療者もあったが、オンラインでのグループセッションには限界もあり、今後は対面とオンラインのハイブリットとして企画する必要がある。ホームページでは、研修会の資料の掲載をしているがその他のコンテンツの更新については検討している。またSNSを活用し、スタッフ研修会の案内や子どもの苦痛緩和の実践に向け参考になる内容を配信している。
