本研究は、アクティブ・ラーニングの考え方を取り入れた主体的学習の確立を行うことで、看護基礎教育での在宅看護実践力を強化し、新卒看護師による訪問看護の人材育成をねらうものである。研究計画は、１．アクティブ・ラーニングの視点で考える在宅看護教育方法の検討、２．在宅看護に関する科目での授業設計（教材開発）・実施・評価、３．学習方法の検証と再考とした。初年度と2020年は、１について訪問看護ステーションの管理者等の在宅看護に関わる専門職交流会を通して、新卒訪問看護師を育むための課題と教育機関の役割を検討した。また、アクティブ・ラーニングの文献レビューより、反転授業とジグソー学習、問題解決型学習（PBL）の混合学習法と動画による「体験型シミュレーション」でLMS対応の教材について知見を深めた。2021年は、2について在宅看護関連科目のうち、「地域包括ケアシステム」、「多職種連携の在り方」、「訪問看護過程」、「在宅看護における倫理」の単元において、架空地域に居住する脳梗塞で療養することになった患者とその家族を中心としたシナリオを作成し、グループワークを中心とした反転授業等を部分的に実施した。シナリオは、生活者の視点を考える仕掛けを組み入れた環境設定と、退院移行期から慢性・終末期までの経過を追って作成した。2022年は、シナリオに即した視聴覚教材（訪問看護場面）作製を模索したが度重なる新型コロナウィルス感染症の蔓延の影響を受けて、感染対策の観点から作製するに至らなかった。シナリオにおいては、経験の浅い訪問看護師数名から、実際の訪問場面での再現状況やケア場面での問題解決思考のプロセス、知識や技術の統合について確認を得た。次年度は、研究期間をさらに延長し、研究計画２および３の教材の完成と学習方法の検証を行う予定である。
