项目摘要

暴力防止に関する研修を対面・集合型で実施してきたこれまでの活動を振り返り、訪問看護師、訪問看護事業所にとって、時間的、経済的にも負担が少なく、効率的、継続的に取り組みやすい形式を検討する必要がある。本研究はその一つのツールとなり得る暴力防止に関する教育プログラムをe-learningを開発することを目的としている。暴力・ハラスメントに関する重大事件も起き、以前より関心の高まっている中、研修内容の充実を図る必要があった。そこで本年度は、各学会での情報発信、意見交換を行うとともに、居宅系支援事業所の訪問看護師、介護福祉士、理学療法士、作業療法士、事務職員などを対象としたonline研修を実施し、研修内容に対するwebアンケート調査を行った。以下、webアンケート結果の１例を報告する。60分で研究代表者が講義を実施し、直接参加と録画によるオンデマンド視聴が可能な研修とした。対象者は200名程度、直接参加5名、アンケート回答者は28名であった。理解度に関する回答では、十分理解できた(28.6%)、理解できた(60.7%)であった。活用に関する回答では、十分活かせる(28.6%)、活かせる(70.1%)であった。研修内容に関する「もっと詳しく聞きたかったこと」についての問いに対して、多かった回答は「暴力対策・対応のポイント3：クレームの区別を知る」(35.7%)、他「医療従事者の人権と尊厳に関すること」、「暴力・ハラスメントが発生するリスク要因」、暴力対策・対応のポイントの「5:初期対応体制を整える」「8：無防備な傾聴はしない」が同じ割合(25.0%)であった。自由記述には、暴力を体験していることに対する気づき、一人で抱え込まない、利用者のためにも意識が大切、サービス提供者側の安全が守られることの重要性がわかった、などが記載されていた。
