本研究では，バリアフリー化に向けた情報支援の取組みを緊急事態管理と捉え，災害管理サイクルを適用し，各段階で必要な情報支援内容を示すとともに，災害情報支援技術の適用およびユーザが安心して利用できる情報環境の構築を目指す．具体的には，バリアフリー化情報支援について，(a)管理サイクルの構築，(b)ユーザの安心モデルの構築，(c)災害情報支援技術や情報共有サービスの応用を実施する．以上(a)の管理サイクルに，これまでの研究・開発事例を当てはめ，支援が不足している箇所を明らかにし，(b)で構築した安心モデルを(c)の情報支援や情報共有の技術に適用し，安心してユーザが行動できるための情報支援を行う．運用実験により情報取得から意思決定までの速度による安心の評価を行う．2022年度は，車いす利用者を対象とする意見収集のほか，車いす利用者および利用経験者あるいは介助者等を対象とした車いす利用時のリスクや安心に関わる自由回答形式のユーザ調査を実施した．2023年度は，車いす利用時の安心感に関わる量的質問紙調査を実施予定である．その結果に基づいて，(c)の災害情報支援技術や情報共有サービスへの応用を行う．

This study is aimed at identifying and organizing disaster information support technologies for emergency management, disaster management services, and information environment construction for disaster information support technologies. Specifically, disaster information support includes (a) management of service structure,(b) security of service structure, and (c) disaster information support technology and implementation of shared information service. The above (a) management services, such as research and development cases, when the lack of support, such as the establishment of security, such as (c) information support and information sharing technology, such as security, such as the implementation of information support. In 2022, we conducted a survey on the speed of rational decision-making and the free response form of vehicle users. In 2023, we conducted a survey on the speed of rational decision-making. The car uses the time and the feeling of peace of mind related to the amount of questioning paper survey to implement the determination. (c) Disaster information support technology and information sharing services.
