Examples of using syllable play and image scaffolded conversations with young learners using the cards created as part of this grant were shared at the CamTESOL conference in Cambodia in 2023.At this time, the researcher met with teachers in several countries interested in the possibilities of this method with children from different language backgrounds. The syllable / image cards were distributed to some teachers then and more will be sent soon with the purpose of exploring the efficacy of this teaching method with learners from different language backgrounds.
