项目摘要

令和4年度は、『日立製作所と三菱電機における幹部候補生教育の比較』というサブテーマを掲げ、(1)日立製作所と三菱電機の幹部候補生教育の比較、(2)海外学会での成果報告と次期プロジェクトに向けた研究基盤形成、(3)三菱電機元幹部への追加インタビューの実施(スノーボールサンプリング方式)、そして(4)資料の分析を行い、4年間の成果を出版物としてまとめることを、研究プロジェクトの締めくくりとして、当初想定していた。コロナの状況が徐々に改善してきたことから、昨年度研究進捗を著しく遅らせることとなった三菱電機における関係者へのインタビューをはじめ、前年度に実施予定であった三菱電機に関する調査と分析、および日立製作所に関する追加の資料調査などについて活動を再開することができ、結果的にこれが本年の活動の中心となった。特に、三菱電機における関係者へのインタビューや、日立製作所に関して、本研究から派生したテーマである「企業内消防団」に関する資料の追加収集を行った。このため、昨年度には得られなかった多数の資料入手が実現し、これらの膨大なデジタルデータの整理および分析に、多くの時間を割く形となり、成果物の執筆に十分な時間をかけることができず、結果的に上述の当初計画のうちの(2)および(4)については、実施を一年先送りにせざるを得なくなった。他方、成果の一環として経営史学会西日本部会にて報告を行うなど（2022年12月）、アウトプットは継続して行うことができた。
