项目摘要

当該年度においては、昨年度、コロナ禍の影響において実施ができなかったフィールド調査を実施した。我が国におけるソーシャルイノベーションの普及は、領域によってことなることが明らかになった。現在、その内容について論文を執筆中である。また、昨年度に引き続き、ソーシャルイノベーションの普及において重要な役割を持つ企業家として、ライフスタイルアントレプレナーシップという概念の整理を実施した。これまでの蓄積したケースを再分析し、今年度新たに調査した内容を基に、2021年9月に開催された第38回経営哲学学会において「2000 年代後半以降の企業家概念の新たな拡張：ライフスタイル企業家概念に基づく試論」と題する報告を行った。また、その発展として2022年3月に、経営哲学学会関西部会において「我が国におけるライフスタイル企業家の探求的研究」と題する報告を行った。コロナ禍における働き方改革の先進事例について執筆した報告「コロナ禍が働き方改革に及ぼす影響について」が九州産業大学産業経営研究所発行『アフターコロナに向けた九産大メソッド提案課題』に掲載された。また、農業におけるソーシャルイノベーションの普及事例について株式会社クロスエイジから『クロスエイジのソーシャル・インパクト』が発行された。

The report entitled "New Entrepreneurial Concepts since the Second Half of the 2000s: Basic Concepts of Entrepreneurs" was published. In March 2022, a report entitled "Research on the Exploration of Chinese Entrepreneurs" was presented at the Western Conference of the Economic Philosophy Society. The report "Advanced Case Study of Party Reform" was published by the Institute of Industrial Management, Kyushu Sangyo University. In the case of agriculture and agriculture, the development of social services has been carried out.
