项目摘要

本研究は、占領期における地方メディア（現NHK大阪局、JOBK）の展開を、歴史社会学の手法をもちい、知識人の参与に着目して3年間で明らかにすることを目的とする。そのために、次の3つの課題に取り組むことを設定した。すなわち第1の課題：占領下の演芸番組の実態と解明、第2課題：占領下の放送政策の展開と地方放送局への影響）と、第3課題：地方メディアにおける知識人の関与と独自性の創出である。本研究は2019年に着手しはじめたが、その年の終わりに新型コロナウィルスが世界的大流行し、移動を伴う調査を中止せざるを得なかった。そのため、2021年度に予定する作業を遂行することができなかった。このことを踏まえ、2022年度は前年度の状況から当初の計画を修正して研究を進めることを予定した。しかし、申請者自身の就職による研究環境の変化、およびコロナ罹患とその後の体調不良によって、予定していたすでに収集した資料の再検討も十分に進めることができなかった。ただし、この修正点については、すでに2021年度末より着手したことがあり、短い期間ながらやや研究が進展している。そのため、この研究蓄積を活用した学会報告を2023年度は模索している。従来の予定にはなかった点であるが、研究が進展した点として位置付けることができる。また、従来よりHPを設けて研究成果の公表を行ってきたが、NHK大阪局より本研究に関して問い合わせがあり電話取材に協力した。研究実績の書式にないものではあるが、学術研究がひろく発信された結果と捉えることができる。以上の理由から、申請者の体調と研究環境の整う2023年まで研究期間を延長することに決め、2022年度は研究予算を執行して研究を進めることはしなかった。
