当初予定していたインタビュー調査については、研究計画立案時と状況が大きく変わっている影響で調整を要することが多く、実施するには至らなかった。しかし、調整を進める中で、社会状況の変化に伴い、新たに起こっている問題や支援を必要とする場面等に関する情報収集を行うことができた。また、研究場所も含めて再考できたこともあり、今年度の研究につながる具体的な示唆を得ることができたと考える。臨床現場での調査の調整と並行して、関連分野のSystematic Review執筆に向けての準備を継続した。テーマに関する背景知識の向上と新たな知見の獲得を目的に情報収集や文献検索を行い、それをもとに専門家との意見交換を実施した。意見交換を通じて、テーマの再考が必要となったこともあり、昨年度中の投稿までは至らなかった状況である。しかし、レビューを行うことで明らかとなった関連分野において実施されている研究の現状を整理することができたことは、質の高い研究実施に向けた準備につながると考える。研究の質向上、及び、最新の知見に関する情報収集をする目的で、関連分野の学術集会に参加した。オンラインの参加ではあったものの、発表者との意見交換を通して、感染症の流行により新たに起こった問題や表在化してきた課題について具体的な知見を得ることができた。支援が必要な集団や支援の内容等について考える機会となり、今後の調査に生かしていくことができると考えている。
