今年度は下記1-5のうち,1-3を予定したが,3.は自治体の国際交流協会が設立まもないところが多く,新しく設立されたところも多いので把握が困難と考えられたため,内容を変更し1,2,4を施行した.1.医療機関調査2.自治体の外国人への保健サービス実態調査3.国際交流協会の外国人サービス実態調査4.自治体の外国人在住者の現状と外国人への特別な対応の現状調査5.自治体での外国人観光客実態調査これら3調査は,すべてパイロット調査を行って質問票の妥当性を検討した後,配布された.配布先と配布数,および3月11日現在の進行状況は以下のとおりである.1.医療機関調査検索しえた範囲で全国の公的診療所を網羅する名簿が存在せず,いくつかの利用可能な名簿から常勤医がいると推測される日本の」公的診療所784ヵ所に調査票を送付した.そのうち9ヵ所は「常勤医不在」との連絡があった.この9ヵ所をのぞいた回答数は398通で,回答率は50.8%であった.現在,寄せられた回答のコンピュータ入力,集計・解析中である.2.自治体の外国人への保健サービス実態調査調査1の医療機関が存在する688の地方自治体へ調査票を送付した.現在,回答が寄せられている最中である.3.自治体の外国人在住者の現状と外国人への特別な対応の現状調査調査2と同じく,調査1の医療機関が存在する688の地方自治体へ調査票を送付した.現在,回答が寄せられている最中である.なお,調査2,3は役所内の担当課が異なるため,別々に調査票を送付している.^*この結果のうち,医療機関調査は96年5月に上海で行われる第1回僻地医療国際会議のポスターセッションで発表予定である.平成8年度中には集計・解析を終了し,論文にまとめる予定である.
