项目摘要

本年度は、インタビュー調査を主にすすめた。昨年度よりも多くのリクルートを行い、多くのインタビューを実施することができた。本インタビューは、入院経験者に対して「入院時」、「入院中」、「退院時」の意思（同意）のありようについてインタビューするものであり、入院形態別の事例が集めることができた。本研究の目的は、1）（強制的な）医療、支援はなぜ行うことができたのか、2）現状どのように行われているのかということについて明らかにすることであった。本年度は、2）のインタビュー調査に力を入れ研究をすすめたことになる。他方で、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、インタビューについて、2点計画を変更した。その変更とは、①精神保健福祉法による入院対象者を優先しインタビューを行うこと、②インタビューはオンラインでも可能とすることであった。結果、対象者は地域の偏りがあるものの、オンラインインタビューによって全国でのインタビューを実施できた。そうしたインタビューから「入院時」、「入院中」、「退院時」3つのステージごとの課題を見いだし、法制度と実際の現状を包括的に考察した。また、精神科医師、弁護士など学識経験者より指導、助言を受ける機会も持つことができた。本年度の研究発表は、法制度に関する文献調査の結果とインタビュー調査の結果について学会発表、論文執筆を行った。未発表のインタビュー結果については、現在、発表準備および執筆中である。
