项目摘要

本研究は,職場を越境した学びと,その学びに関連した職場内での経験学習の循環を越境的学習として捉え,介護現場リーダーの職場外での研修が介護現場にどのような影響与えているのかを明らかにすることを目的としている。今年度は，介護施設の管理者10名と介護主任・リーダー12名を対象にインタビュー調査を実施し結果を分析した。分析結果からは，介護現場における越境的学習の有用性が示された。一方で，職場外の研修に参加する介護職員は①グループワークへの参加や発表が苦手，②越境的学習する内容と介護現場の課題が乖離している，③越境的学習を職場に還元する際の抵抗，④越境的学習をするための人手が足りない，⑤中間層の介護職員は越境的学習が困難，という越境的学習を阻害する要因が見いだされた。現在は，論文の執筆を見据えさらに詳細に分析を行っている。

This study aims to explore the relationship between workplace cross-boundary learning and workplace cross-boundary learning cycle, and the impact and purpose of workplace cross-boundary learning cycle on workplace cross-boundary learning cycle. This year, 10 nursing facility managers and 12 nursing directors were selected to conduct the survey. The results of the analysis show the usefulness of the study on the protection of the site. Now, the paper is written according to the detailed analysis.
