项目摘要

本研究は、青年期・成人期初期の先天性心疾患（Congenital Heart Disease, 以下CHD）患者の心理的自立の特徴を健常者との比較から解明しようとするものである。2020年度に引き続き、2021年度も2つの病院で質問紙調査を行い、計102名のCHD患者サンプルを集めた。また、統制群として、健常な中学生、高校生、大学生、社会人計293名のサンプルを集めた。特に、CHD患者については、心理統計に耐えうるサンプルサイズのデータを収集できた点は意義がある。得られたデータは、「日本発達心理学研究」に投稿し、現在査読中である。本論文では、医療現場で、親への依存傾向が問題視されてきたCHD青年の自律の実態を確認するために、依存と自律の2側面からCHD青年の心理的自立の特徴を一般青年と比較した。その結果、CHD青年は一般青年と同程度自律的であるが、特に主観的重症度の低いCHD青年は親に依存しながら自律する者が多い特徴が示された。これまでCHD 青年に対して独立することの重要性ばかりが指摘されている現状に対し，自律的であるか否かを考慮する必要性を主張する構成となっている。本論文は，医療者が捉えるCHD青年像とCHD青年の心理的特徴の間にあるギャップの低減に寄与する。引き続き、採択に向けて論文を仕上げる。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the characteristics of psychological independence in patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) during adolescence and early adulthood. In 2020 and 2021, the hospital questionnaire survey was conducted, and 102 CHD patients were collected. There are 293 students in the school, college, university and society.
