项目摘要

本研究の目的は、各都道府県における青少年育成条例の取り組みが少年非行に与える影響について考察することである。本研究における学術的問いは、「各都道府県の青少年保護育成条例の施行は青少年の非行行動に影響を及ぼしたのか？」である。そのため、本研究課題で都道府県パネルデータを用いた分析と個票データを用いたプロビットモデルによる分析を予定している。少年非行に関する個票データは日本においてほとんど存在していないが、東大社研・壮年パネル調査Wave 1-2、東大社研・若年パネル調査Wave 1-2は、2008年の調査票において中学生の時に教師に暴力をふるったなどの経験を問う質問項目が存在し、少年非行に関する貴重な個票データとなっている。これらのデータと基本データにおける15歳当時の両親の状況、また年齢と居住地状況からわかる当時の青少年育成条例の情報を用いて分析を行う。そのため、問15の当時の居住地情報も併せて使用申請を行うことが必要である。現段階では問15以外の個票データは申請が完了し、分析に向けてデータの整理を進めている状況である。都道府県別データはこれまでに得られたコメントをもとに改訂を行うとともに、戦後の混乱期のデータを加えた分析に向けて必要な情報に関する入力と接続を行っている。都道府県パネルデータ分析と並行して、2022年6月に少年非行に関するサーベイ研究をまとめ、論文「サーベイ研究：少年非行の経済分析」として桃山学院大学総合研究所紀要に発表している。
