本研究では、住まい手の住経験をふまえ、住まい手が主体的な住み継ぎや地域環境の継承に取り組むための教材・学習プログラムについて検討する。今年度は以下の検討・調査を行った。１）教材・学習プログラムの検討：今年度はヒアリング調査対象の地域住民と教材案に関する意見交換会を実施した。教材案として、居住歴・自宅の維持管理履歴・ライフステージと自宅の関係・住み継ぎの意向・地域環境の現状等の記入ページ、住宅管理・住み継ぎや対象地域のまちづくりに関する情報掲載ページ、ヒアリング調査で得た住経験の記述の3点で構成する冊子の活用を提示した。意見交換会では、教材への記入が住み継ぎや地域環境を考えるきっかけとなる様子、他者の経験を聞くことで他者の経験を自分の選択肢として捉える様子、自宅周辺環境の変化が自宅の将来設計を考え直す要因となる様子が確認できた。以上より、住まい手の住み継ぎや地域環境の継承に対する主体性を引き出すためには、自身の住経験や意向を教材に記入したり、他者の経験を資料として確認するだけでなく、居住地域の住民同士で教材を用いながら経験を共有する場が必要と考える。２）自治体の住情報提供に関する調査：市民向けの「住まいの終活ノート」「住まいのエンディングノート」等（以下「ノート」）を制作し、公開する自治体がある。そこでウェブサイトで公開されている1県および6市の「ノート」を対象に目的および内容について調査した。対象自治体は空き家予防を目的に「ノート」を制作している。「ノート」には家系図、所有不動産の情報、将来の希望等を書き込む。また、参考資料として、自宅が空き家になった場合の問題点、空き家の適正管理、相続手続き、関連制度、相談窓口等の情報を掲載している。一方で、地域環境やまちづくりに関する記入ページや情報提供はない。
