项目摘要

コロナ禍において、2021年度は前年度に続きフィールド調査の実施はできなかったものの、理論研究と執筆活動を精力的に実施した。執筆の成果としての論文は、『国際教育協力論集』第24巻第1号29-45頁(https://cice.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/4a6eff4ec21d93fb45a60e0bb421fe04.pdf)や、Africa Educational Research Journal, Vol.12, pp.63-72（https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/africaeducation/12/0/12_63/_article/-char/ja）で公開されている。また、理論研究を進める中で、学校の機能や役割を再考し「学校知」とは何かを捉え直した。この成果は『アフリカ研究』第100号61-66頁で、国内のアフリカ教育研究課題として投稿している。上記に加え、ZOOMによる研究会や学会、セミナー等に参加し、幅広い意見交換とともに知見の共有を行った。低学費私立校（low-fee private schools）については、近年脱国家的なグローバル展開の動きを見せる営利団体の積極的な関与が報告されており、新自由主義の思想が教育分野にも強く働いていることが刮目される。他方、グローバル・ガバナンスの時代において、SDGsのゴール４に記載されているように、あらゆる状況の子どもを教育から排除しないインクルーシブな教育実践は、多くの国において教育政策に反映されている。このように、官民両方の強い力学が働く学校教育現場において、調査対象校は無認可学校として今なお制度外に位置づけられている。公立校だけでは満たすことのできない教育のニーズと学習者の多様性に着目し、無認可低学費私立学校の政策への受容がいかに可能となるのか、引き続き探求したい。
