项目摘要

本研究は、養護教諭の志望学生と現職養護教諭が対面での共同学習による有効な救急処置能力向上プログラムの構築と、その効果検証を目的としていた。本研究実施の前年度に筆者らが文部科学省の委託事業として行った「養護教諭に求められる救急処置能力（調査対象は、養護教諭・管理職・教諭）」の結果と、本研究初年度に対面で実施した「共学による研修会についての効果検証（学会で口頭発表済み）」の双方を活用した教材開発と学習方法の開発を進めてきた。この研究活動は令和２年度からの継続ではあるが、新型コロナウイルス感染状況から、対面での共同学習による研修の実施は初年度のみで、それ以降実施することができず、当初の本研究の目的達成には、なかなか到達できない状況にある。こんな中で進めてきたことは、教職大学院に在学する院生が実習で経験した救急処置事例を取り上げた教材開発であった。救急処置場面において養護教諭志望院生が観察や問診、検診を行ったプロセスの記録を、医学的根拠や教育的働きかけの視点で分析し、意味づけた。教育的な働きかけの視点では、養護教諭の声がけやタッチングや対応によって、児童生徒がどのように自身の症状やけがを自覚的にとらえて、自身の身体でおこっている状況を自ら改善しようという意欲を持つことができるかを追究した。結果、従来いわれてきた受容・共感での働きかけではなかなか改善できない一定数の児童生徒が存在することが推察された。さらに、院生と共に、教材作成にも取り組んだ。しかし、今後も、本研究の目的である対面での対話やロールプレイを用いた共学による研修の実施は困難である事が予想される。よって、オンラインでの研修に切り替えて、オンラインによる共学のあり方を検討していくためのプレテストを実施した。今後さらにオンライン研修での共学を進めるべくそのあり方の検討を重ね研究目的を達成したい。
