项目摘要

本研究プロジェクトにおいては、ブラック企業という現象を単に現状を記述するのではなく、なぜこのような現象が生じたのかを明らかしようと研究を実施した。最初に日本におけるブラック企業とされる企業の現状について調査を開始したが、コロナ感染の影響で十分な実態調査を行うことが困難となり研究期間の延長を申請した。2022年度もコロナ禍にあり実態長は難しい状況であったが、ブラック企業に関する資料を収集しその成果をまとめ、研究報告するべく2023年度への研究期間の延長を申請している。本研究プロジェクトにおいては、ブラック企業という現象を単に現状を記述するのではなく、なぜこのような現象が生じたのかを明らかにするために、組織ディスコース分析を試みている。そのため、2022年度までは研究メソドロジーの検討とブラック企業が生じた歴史的背景や公表されている資料に基づき研究を進めている。バブル経済が弾けるとともにグローバリズムの波に飲み込まれ、崩壊したと言われている日本的経営の1つの変容した姿を浮き彫りにしつつ、短期的な成果のみを追求し、安易に従業員を切り捨てることを可能とするようなマネジメント思想が「家の論理」と歪な形で結合することによって、従業員には滅私奉公を強いり肉体的にも精神的にも追い込み、人間性を抑圧することにより従業員が使い捨てにされてしまっているというの現状であった。そのため、第2の研究として、日本的雇用慣行がどのように変化したのかを振り返えり、そこからブラック企業の問題がいかに発生したのかについて明らかにしようと試みた。ブラック企業問題は、まさに経営者の企業倫理や経営理念の問題とそれを含む企業文化や企業規範と深く関係している。現在は、これまでの理論的および資料収集による結果をまとめ、コロナ感染の終息とともに2023年度にはブラック企業についての実証分析を予定している。
