高齢化社会の進行と心不全パンデミックと形容される心不全患者の増加予測を踏まえると、心不全の克服は喫緊の課題であり、そのためには心不全の病態を新た に高い解像度で再解釈する必要がある。そのため本研究では基礎と臨床の多面的研究を通して心不全の層別化を目指している。 基礎からのアプローチとして、 新たな心不全モデルマウスを作成し、不全心筋における遺伝子発現の網羅的解析行う準備をしている。臨床からのアプローチとして、慢性心不全患者における尿 中アルブミンの重要性を示し、心不全患者におけるアルブミン尿の程度が予後と相関することを示すことができた。さらに、急性心不全患者における尿中アルブ ミンが、疾患急性期における入院加療でいかに変化するかについて調査し、解析をすすめるべく研究体制を構築している。
