项目摘要

2022年度は、1回（2023年2月14日）の開催を行った。この1回の研修で得られたアンケートデータを基に、手技別に見た自己習熟度評価を、外科研修経験の有無との関連も含めて検討した。1) 方法：死亡ブタから摘出した医学研究用臓器（心・肺・肝・脾・腎・小腸・膀胱・外頚動脈）を、生理食塩水で灌流後に-20℃で急速冷凍保存。当日に自然解凍し、人為的に作った損傷を縫合あるいは吻合修復する実習を半日の日程で研修した。参加者には研究会の前後でアンケート（手技に対する11段階の自己習熟度評価）を行い、変化を検討した。2）結果：卒後2から10年の計9名の医師（うち外科研修経験者0名）が参加した。全11手技に対する自己評価は、受講後に有意な上昇を認めており、現在その詳細分析・解析を、2021年度までの結果を踏まえて行っている。また、受講生達は外科研修未経験の者達で構成されていたが、外科講師の対面指導により外科研修に対する興味を述べていた。更に外科講師自身も時間をかけてじっくり向き合った状態で、外科研修未経験者に教育する事に新鮮味を覚えるとの意見を頂いた。これらの分析・解析を踏まえた検討結果ならびに将来の展望については、「冷凍保存ブタ臓器による外傷手術手技研究会の有用性とその展望（仮題）」の演題で、2023年11月28日から30日の日程で開催される第51回日本救急医学会総会・学術集会に演題を応募し、研究発表する予定である。
