本研究の目的は、2014年度～2017年度の科研費・基盤研究(C)(課題番号:26463440)において実施した、不妊治療後に分娩した母子を対象に、自然妊娠で分娩した母子の相互作用と比較した結果、不妊治療後の母子は相互作用が低く、母親の児の関わりは、社会・情緒的発達の促進が乏しいことが判明した。この成果を本研究では、Japanese Nursing Child Assessment Satellit　Training(JNCAST) Projectを基に分娩後から産後1ヵ月の「不妊治療後母子相互作用促進プログラム」を開発した。目的は、第１に開発したプログラムをパイロット研究で評価すること、第２に評価から改善したプログラムを用いて研究協力分娩施設の看護者が実施することによって、臨床実践での有用性を検証することである。2018年は、研究者がパイロット研究でプログラムを実施し、介入前後の効果と研究参加された母親のインタビュー調査を基にプログラムの評価を行い、課題を基にプログラムを改善した。2019年度は、改善したプログラムを臨床実践にむけて、研究協力分娩施設の看護者がJNCASTの評価に必要なJNCAST国際認定看護者の取得育成を行い、評価に必要なライセンスを取得し、2020年度にむけた計画を着実に進行していた。2020・2021・2022年度は、評価を基に改善したプログラムを研究協力分娩施設のJNCAST国際認定看護者とともに実践し、プログラムの有用性を検証することであった。しかしながら、2020年2月からCOVID-19によって、研究協力施設の日常とは異なる環境下であること、パートナー等の面会制限があること、研究者の施設への入室制限があり、研究を中断せざるを得ない状況が持続したため、2023年度へ延長し研究を再開する。

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of treatment on mother-child interaction, maternal interaction, and social and emotional development after pregnancy therapy (Project No.:26463440). The Japanese Nursing Child Assessment Satellit Training(JNCAST) Project was developed to promote mother-child interaction after pregnancy treatment from 1 month after delivery. Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of collaborative delivery facilities for caregivers and clinical practice. In 2018, researchers began to implement the study, and the results before and after the intervention were improved. In 2019, we will improve the quality of clinical practice and research on caregivers of collaborative delivery facilities. We will continue to improve the quality of clinical practice and research on caregivers of JNCAST International recognized care providers. In 2020, we will continue to improve the quality of clinical practice and research. 2020, 2021 and 2022: JNCAST International recognized caregivers for the implementation and usefulness of collaborative delivery programs. COVID-19 in February 2020, restrictions on research collaboration in daily and diverse environments, restrictions on researchers 'implementation, research interruptions, and reopening of research in 2023
