项目摘要

１．中高生～20代向け情報誌・Webサイトの開発：精神疾患の親をもつ子ども（以下、子ども）が自分を大切にしながら安心して生活、成長できるために必要な支え（相談先、情報源、自分の時間等）を知り、その支えとつながろうと思える情報誌およびWebサイトの制作を進めた。情報誌は子どもの気持ち、インサイト（対象者自身も意識していない行動の決め手につながる視点）を考慮したメッセージを掲載するため、開発プロセスの中でソーシャルマーケティングの知見を参考にし、子ども当事者への調査を行った。1）情報誌作成前の調査実施・分析：子ども当事者にWebアンケートを用いて、中高生～20代の頃に人に話してよかったこと、子どもの集いに参加してよかったことなどを調査した。結果は、協力者33名（年代10代～50代まで平均39.3歳）から回答を得られた。人に自分のことを話してよかったことは、「継続して相談にのってくれた」、「親が精神疾患をもつのは自分だけではないとわかった」の順に多かった。一方、人に相談しようと思わなかった理由は、「相談しても解決しない」、「精神疾患に偏見がある」などであった。また、子どもの集いに参加してよかったことや同じ子どもの立場の人へのメッセージとして自由記述が多く記載された。また、中高生がパンフレットを読もうと思うイラストや写真について調査した。2）先行研究や1）の調査結果、諸外国の情報誌を参考にし、情報誌案を作成した。3）情報誌案作成後の調査：情報誌案に関して子ども当事者にWebアンケートおよびグループディスカッションにて意見を聞き、案を修正した。2．教員啓発研修：研究成果を日本公衆衛生学会総会で報告した。3．その他：ドイツのCHIMPS（Children of mentally ill parents）NET代表者を招聘し、国内の研究者との交流集会を開催した。
