2022年度は、これまでに行った訪問看護師に対するインタビュー調査の結果から、訪問看護開始時期に焦点をあて、慢性疾患高齢者に対する早期生活マネジメントの概念化の洗練を行った。この結果は、2022年度第42回日本看護科学学会学術集会（広島）にて口頭発表を行った。今後は、論文による公表をめざしている。また、2022年度の研究計画の１つとして、慢性疾患高齢者における訪問看護を含む医療・介護サービスの利用実態を広く把握することを目的に、レセプトデータを用いた分析計画を立案することをあげていた。実施した内容としては、分析の対象を心不全高齢者に決定し、文献レビューおよび実践家へのヒアリングを行った。ヒアリングは、在宅医療にかかわる医師2名（1名×1回、1名×2回）、医療事務（1名×1回）に対して行った。これらを通して、心不全高齢者を選定する条件や分析項目を整理したデータ抽出のための仕様書を作成した。具体的には、心不全高齢者の選定条件として、傷病名、同定するための治療条件、被保険者の条件などを整理した。また、必要な項目として、併存疾患、治療、医療サービス、介護サービスに関する項目を整理した。さらに、仕様書をもとに抽出したデータについて、記述統計を行い、不足していた項目について仕様書を修正した。これらの段階を経て抽出したデータについて記述統計、クロス集計などを行いデータクリーニングを実施し、分析対象となるデータを確定した。
