本研究の目的は、東北アジアにおける温暖化対策の違いの要因、および政策協調による環境・経済への影響を分析し、国際協力を促進する温暖化対策シナリオを提案することであった。2018年度は日本・中国・韓国における国際協力を妨げる要因を考察するために、各国で実施されている温室効果ガス削減対策を調査した。また、国別温室効果ガス削減目標を中心に、各国における主な対策についても調査を行った。2019年度においては、昨年度に引き続き国際協力を促すための要因分析を行うとともに、各国における温暖化対策に関する最新情報を収集し、より現実的なシナリオ構築を試みた。本研究で使われる基本モデルを構築し、様々な分析を行いながらモデルの改善を行ってきた。2018年度と同様に、日本と韓国における国際協力を想定し、各国の政策だけではなく、特定の分野（風力発電分野）における国際協力が両国にどのような影響を与えるかに ついてモデルを構築し、改良・分析を行った。まだ、改善の余地があるため、研究成果は公表していないが、これからモデルを補完し、公表する予定である。2020年度においては、日本と韓国だけではなく、中国まで拡大して分析を行う予定であったが、現地調査が困難になりできなかった。そのため、既存のモデルの改良をし、日本と韓国を中心に分析を行った。2021年度においても中国に関連する調査はできず、モデルの改良を行った。2022年度においては韓国に関連した調査を行い、モデル分析を行った。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the environmental impact of climate change and promote international cooperation in the development of climate change strategies in Northeast China. In 2018, we will investigate the key factors that hinder international cooperation in Japan, China, and South Korea, and investigate the greenhouse effect reduction strategies implemented by various countries. The national greenhouse effect reduction target is the center, and the national host policy is the center of investigation. In 2019, we will introduce international cooperation to promote the analysis of key factors, collect the latest information on warming policies in various countries, and try to build a new system. This study aims to construct and analyze the basic structure and improve the performance of the system. In 2018, Japan and South Korea jointly planned international cooperation, national policies, specific areas (wind power generation areas), international cooperation, national influence, improvement and analysis. There is room for improvement. The results of the research are presented to the public. The results are presented to the public. In 2020, Japan, South Korea, and China will conduct large-scale analysis to determine and investigate difficulties in the field. Japan and South Korea are the two countries with the highest level of cooperation. In 2021, the research on the relationship between China and China will be carried out in the future. In 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted research and analysis on the relationship between China and South Korea.
