项目摘要

昨年度に引き続き，covid-19の流行により，本年度も国内海外含め出張することがあまりできなかったので効果的に研究を進めることができなかった．したがって昨年度に引き続き本年度も一人でできる範囲でいくつかの具体例について計算を行った．さらに昨年度に着想を得た以下の通りの新たな派生的研究を進行させた．通常大きなプロジェクトの公共調達の入札であれば，各入札企業は勝利するために入札の前に費用削減や品質向上等の研究開発を行い，他社よりも競争力をつけなければならない．しかし，そのような大型な研究開発投資はジョイントベンチャー等，共同で研究開発することが主である．この事前段階の企業間協力は資本関係を通じて企業間の競争関係を緩めてしまう恐れがある．この競争関係緩和によるデメリットと共同研究によるメリットのトレードオフについての理論的研究をモデル分析した．
