研究期間中、4回の研究報告を行い、4本の論文を発表・執筆した。【研究報告について】この期間、科研費テーマを直接冠した研究報告は行わなかったが、関西大学経済・政治研究所・第255回産業セミナーでは、昨年度に引き続き科研費テーマを本研究課題が注目する国際課税という「制度」を、より一般的な観点から論ずることを制度経済学者との共同研究により試みた。また、組織学会全国大会では、「長き対話の現在地と針路： 経営学の歴史的転回（Historic Turn）への招待」を、組織論研究者と共同報告し、こちらも科研費テーマを背景に、その実践的・組織理論的意味を広く発信する報告を行った。また、昨年度にリサーチペーパーとしてまとめた企業史料論に関する論文の研究報告を行った。昨年度では、イギリス企業のみのリサーチであったが、アメリカ企業・日本企業も加えての報告を行った。【研究論文について】昨年度・本年度の研究報告に基づいて、関西大学経済・政治研究所が発行する『セミナー年報2022』にて論文「合意形成の範囲・限界と制度運用での調整」を発表した。また、組織学会での研究報告内容も、『組織科学』に掲載された。さらに東京都立大学大学院経営学研究科 Research Paper Seriesにて、アメリカ企業史料論に関する論文も発表した。これに加えて、年度末には、『税務弘報』に「100年前の国際課税ルールに関する世界的合意　現代の国際課税改革の課題を見出す」を出稿し、本研究課題の現代的意義を租税史家のみならず、実務家に発信しようとした。

During the research period, 4 research reports were published, 4 papers were published and written. [Research Report] Research Report: The 255th Industrial Research Institute of Economics and Politics, Kansai University The National Conference of the Society of Organization is held in Beijing from 1998 to 1999. The research report on the historical materials of enterprises was carried out. Last year's report was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. [Research Papers] In the base of last year's and this year's research reports, Kansai University's Institute of Economics and Political Science published the "Annual Report 2022" and presented the paper "Norm of Consensus Formation and Adjustment of the Application of Limit Systems." The contents of the research report of the Society for Organization Science are disclosed in the section entitled "Organization Science." Today, the Graduate School of Management, Tokyo Metropolitan University, has published papers related to Research on corporate history. This paper is entitled "International Tax Reform Issues: A World Consensus 100 Years Ago" and "Tax Report".
